Elite Development LLC was started in 2002 by Bill Fleshman.  He has over 30 years of experience.  Bill's passion for construction began at the age of 12 when he helped to build his neighbors house and multiple barns. After working for others, Bill took his experience to start his own company. This gave him the ability to be creative and innovative with each project. Much pride is taken in making sure that every project is done in a timely manner but done right the first time. Bill values his employees and customers ensuring that they are treated with respect. The importance that Bill puts into these relationships as well as his attention to detail has created a large list of repeat customers.
